FADO, tango, and Cuban TROVA in new concert of... - the Comercial.com.ar

Mendoza, 10 September (Telam).-the independent movement of musicians Mendocinos (MIMM) offered a new concert on Thursday at the emblematic Theatre independence of the Mendoza capital, reported the local Ministry of culture.
The MIMM brings together a considerable number of new regional artists of varied genre and at the Thursday night concert will be the bands "Fadangos" interpret Portuguese (FADO, tango, mornas and cedinhos) and River Plate songs three years ago and "Escolazo", trio featuring tangos of the last century and recent compositions.
To them is added for the first time the Cuban musician based in this capital Rafael Quevedo, who will present classical topics of his country ballads and songs of his authorship.
Join "Escolazo Tango" Alejandro Sicardi in voice, Rubén Carrión musicians on electric guitar and Leonardo Martinez guitarron.
"Fadangos" cultivates a repertoire with Mario Galvan in piano, Victor Silione on violin, Federico Gil on guitar and Patricia Slukich in voice.
Available entries will redeemed by a pack of non-perishable food intended for community canteens for access to the local Ministry of culture independence. (Thelma)
